Shipments of 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccine are beginning to arrive in Colorado. Initial doses are being used to vaccinate healthcare workers with direct patient contact and first-priority groups:

• Pregnant women
• Household contacts of children under 6 months
• Children between 6 months and 4 years of age
• Children 5 years to 18 years of age with underlying risk conditions
